Asking a lot

We're a bit choosy when it comes to choosing our people. So if you're offered an interview with us, congratulations. It means you've successfully gone through a number of hoops already. And we're as excited about that as you are.
Generally at interview we want to see what you can do. The best way for us to do this is to test you directly. Obviously a lot depends on the role you're hoping to fill. Maybe we'll give you a maths test if you're applying for a media or account management job. Or perhaps you'll be asked to solve a technical problem for a design & build role.
The next thing we want to know is what you've done. This is so we can discover how you think and manage your time under pressure. So forget the team's contribution for a minute and tell us about you.
Generally at interview you can expect to be here for a couple of hours going through everything. Be prepared for it. Even try to enjoy it. Because if it goes well, and you get past a second interview, we'll be seeing a lot more of each other. Fingers crossed.
